Luke not only has a dental degree from Bristol University, he also has a medical degree from Cardiff University. This gives him an incredibly broad spectrum of experience which he is able to offer our patients.
Luke works very closely with Christian to deliver high quality implant solutions for our patients. He is a Maxillo Facial Consultant at the Queen Victoria Hospital and specialises in tricky extractions and implantology. By working together on cases Luke and Christian are able to plan and deliver the very best of both worlds; an oral surgeon placing an implant and a high quality restorative dentist placing the very best crown restoration on top.
Implants are an increasingly popular way of replacing missing teeth. They last a life time, they donÕt rely on the surrounding teeth for support unlike a conventional bridge, they look extremely natural and over time they are very cost effective. Christian and Luke have a very high success rate in this area due to meticulous case planning and thorough communication with our patients.
Luke is also a keen author and has had several books and papers published on various aspects of oral surgery. Outside his busy work schedule, between Dorking Dental Centre and the hospital, he's a family man with 3 young children to keep his hands full!
