Case Study : Crown

Step 1

This young patient has broken his front tooth. The broken tooth is painful and unsightly and he is keen to get it fixed as quickly as possible. With a CEREC crown he gets it done that afternoon.



Step 2

The amalgam filling is drilled out, leaving a clear area for the CEREC computer to fill with the porcelain filling

Dr. Smith is trained to an exceptionally high standard on the CEREC system regularly attending courses all over the world. Since he started using this technique in 2006, he has completed over 1500 successful restorations and is now classed as a highly advanced user.





Step 3

The CEREC porcelain crown is made to fit perfectly immediately. This gives the patient the best possible look which is particularly important at the front of the mouth.
